TBD Keating Gulch Road

Exceptional 18.97-acre recreational and hunting property located in Montana Hunt District 380, an area well known for quality elk hunting and trophy-class bulls. Completely surrounded by BLM land, this historic mining claim offers direct access to an enormous amount of public land and hundreds of miles of nearby motorized trails, making it an outstanding base camp for hunting, ATV riding, hiking and exploring the Montana backcountry. The upper portion of the property offers a fairly level potential build site with spectacular, unobstructed views across the surrounding mountains and valleys—an incredible setting for an off-grid hunting cabin or recreational getaway. From the elevated terrain, the property drops toward Keating Gulch, where trees, varied terrain and a seasonal creek add privacy, wildlife habitat and character. Gravel-road access provides convenient access for such a secluded setting, with the property located just beyond the OHV parking area outside Radersburg. Whether you are looking for a hunting headquarters, private Montana retreat or a place to build and enjoy sweeping mountain views, this property offers tremendous recreational potential. Property is a historic mining claim known as the Reliance Lode MS 9613. The owner has also obtained satellite imaging indicating potential mineral veins and ore deposits; the satellite imaging and related information are available for an additional price.
